On September 10, 2007 the regular
meeting of the Executive Board of City of Ramona Now, Inc. was held. Due to the unfortunate passing of Founding
President Beverly Ragsdale on September
9, 2007, the Board solemnly voted on changes to the Executive
Committee. Bob Hailey, who had been
Treasurer, was elected President. Director Tory Brean was elected to be
Treasurer, and Public Relations Chairperson Julie Kiehne-Lamkin was elected
to be a Director.
As for new
business, Ramona resident Rodger Dohm was elected as the E-Committee
Chairperson and Webmaster for City of Ramona Now.
Inc.. In addition, a Boundary Committee was
established to explore and outline the boundaries of an incorporated Ramona.
Ramona residents interested in joining the Boundary Committee are invited to contact
City of Ramona, Now, Inc. In
addition, Rath Webster was elected Chairperson of the Informational Meetings
Committee. Also, the Board voted on Helene Radzik to review the bylaws of the
City of Ramona Now, Inc. so that
any necessary changes can be decided upon by the Board to include active
participation by Committee Chairs.
Regular
Meetings of the City of Ramona Now,
Inc.are held on Mondays at 6:00 p.m.
The meetings are currently being held at Packard’s Plus in Ramona, weather
permitting.
